Protection might be key for civilizations building money while others build militarys.

This could be key with members weaker at builing either a net worth or army.

A new worth stong country may be able to fund a military country and together domanate the ranks.

Anyone who likes this idea contact me by the usename listed above i am going to be looking to be funded on any server for protection.

Bringing in both $100,000,000 in the first day on some servers I was able to build The Empire my personal nation to top 150 with the right help and some additional money i will be able to go much further next round.

The alliances will only contain 4 nations on my part 1/2 the party will be responsible for $500,000,000 a round and the other to provide 100% proteciton from invaders with the ability to protect the investers.

It is only extortion if you are paying him not to attack you. I think he is offering mercenary services.

Providing 100% protection from invaders is impossible. You are unable to provide the service that you are offering. However, since fraud is an acceptable method of country to country interaction, so you are free to search for anyone gullible enough to accept your offer.
