Does anyone have any information of the rate at which your PCI changes? The Formula on the Wiki is obivously a MAX PCI, but there is nothing in relation to how it changes when the MAX PCI is not the same as the current PCI.

Since I happen to have it handy and someone else will probably share if I don't... ;)

Per Capita Income Growth* =Round(If(MaxPCI>=CurrentPCI,MIN(pciA,-pciC),-MIN(pciB,MAX(-pciA,pciC))),2)
pciA =(1+0.03*(1-Taxrate))*(1-0.5*PopGrowth/NEWPop)*CurrentPCI-CurrentPCI
pciB =(0.035+0.3*Taxrate)*CurrentPCI
pciC =CurrentPCI-MaxPCI

according to this formula PCI can decrease even if Max PCI >= Current PCI. If pop growth is large than this situation occurs.
