Stopped playing this game for a long time now (maybe 5 years?), (I was part of the original group that started playing this since it start with Mehul and Swirve) please tell me about the changes that has occurred!

I already deduced that the 2 Billion cap is removed and that $$ decays after reaching over the 2 Billion mark. And tech also decays? Please fill me in on the changes. Thanks.

tech doesn't decay, bushels do.

* 2b bug changed into decay like bushels
* GDI in some of the servers has been revamped to give protection from almost all special op attacks except from people you've double tapped
* Ghost acres tweaked, dict has a ghost acre bonus now

some odd bugs surface occasionally but nothing major.

yeah i have never played there so i have no clue what works in ffa.

Bonuses is a new change, make sure you get yours and apply them.
Otherise, not much, Initial settings are already set to atleast a workable level instead of the default 15% taxes.
Land grab is most beneficial if you are a close match in NW.... As in you grab country same NW you get 3K acres, but you buy up first and are almost double NW... you get 400 instead. Also Diminishing returns though those have existed before. lots of Ghost acres so you can land trade with someone to prosperity.

he might have played during 1st ghost acres period but not on 2nd.

whats the diff between the first ghost acres period and this one again?

Ghosts _was_ only 10% of the actual grab. I.e, a grab that gave 200a at most gave 20 buildings as ghosts give or take a bit. Not the ridiculous "ghosts can be more than the actual grab" nonsense now.
