Is this the prisoner's dilemma? If we all waited and just take turns hitting once we'd all be better off?

Could be in play for those bigger targets, but for the robot countries that don't buy turrets it seems last one to the free meal loses

That makes a lot of sense, thanks for that. Maximising the efficiency of each turn played instead of land gaining seems to be my learning point this set. It's nice to be able to reflect with feedback in this somewhat complicated game :)

I think my approach for now will be to just build CS as I gain land as a way of cashing turns earlier on and not be too focused on a fixed target.

Something I wonder about this set Selling bushels on PM. is it a 50/50 investment in agri and military tech as I grow? Or do you target a certain % for each

How many CS would you try to build for a 50k land target? 400 or more?

I usually play a techer but this set tried farming

I felt in strong shape with 24 h to go, 60k acres and no vendettas.
I wasn't carrying any stock at this point though as all my production went into build cost and tech.
Maybe should have stopped grabbing earlier and focused on building a stockpile

Definitely didn't build enough CS early game either and made the mistake of building them in the endgame rather than say cashing my turns

Bought a bunch of mil tech, Traded in oil rigs and ent/RES for 5k mil bases and jumped off the private market without switching govts at $36/bushel

50m seems a stretch but I am game to try if you got any suggestions!

I farmed the robots to oblivion, didn't get attacked all set, and still couldn't crack the top 3.

acres don't matter? Skill does though clearly.
