IMP didnt win the war. The #'s were even actually in favor of TITTIES with HPK. IMP had 1 more kill on paper even though one IMP country was killed by a TITTIES country that forgot to tag up.

Your alliance hit me unprovoked last set and killed me. I asked politely not to be hit when I started my second country and you went ahead and killed me again for NO REASON AT ALL.
