uni members are the random rainbow untags that we recruit every set and attempt to train. maybe 30-40% stay and become good members

sd, we had many more boxcar accounts than we had countries

we had been using boxcar for news, and news only for a while

i wasnt looking for cheaters in that we DROPPED like 30 members in the switch. i was more concerned with getting the site set up and finding the missing members

im sure the rest of leadership was doing the same. our boxcar had NOTHING at the start of the set, it was alot of effort to get it set up, and its still not done

possibly this took time away from our normal IA work, and i agree, switching sites is when it should be at the strongest. but you are asking for ways it COULD of happened. im offering suggestions. to be honesy, i have no idea how it happened and im kinda embarased
