snawdog, you're not familiar with the case here. mdemon did not double tap or harmful op. This guy just jetted SS/PS him over and over all round anyway, about 15 times or so, breaking him maybe 3 of those.

Yes, they have a reason: it'd be a douche thing to do. But that doesn't usually stop them, and they can do to anyone what they did to mdemon. There's no way to prevent that if that's what they want to do.

Now, they don't know who I am because my profile isn't public and I change my name every round, but they could still happen upon me and ruin my set.

To optimize express they need to:
1) Change max turns to 270(180)
2) Change DR to 8 hours instead of 24
3) Something like what you suggest here maverick, but this is a bit tricky. You certainly can't forbid double taps, because then if there's two GDI players, neither would ever be able to break GDI on the other, haha. It would be a sanitized, whitewashed game. It would also encourage people to jet even more than they do now, because they can carry 0 defense and not fear a ROR. I think I would allow even a triple tap against a GDI, but no more. But you don't want to stop those who want to play aggressively and multi-tap from playing that strategy at all.

What you say makes no sense. There's no adapting to a guy that's just gonna attack you all round no matter what. You can either give up your set and kill him or let him severely hamper your finish.

GDI rules exist to allow netters to one tap and move on without having their rounds ruined. This guy skirted the intention of the GDI rules by ruining someone's round anyway. mdemon still finished just outside the top ten but a top finish was impossible for him thanks to this player. Your "quit whining" line makes you look almost as dumb as your signature. :/

I came back because I was telling some Utopia clowns how much better Earth was and needed to prove it. I've personally signed up 5 people for the game since I restarted, and all of them played multiple rounds, but all of them quit for some reason...

techers are getting chumped right now on the market. someone put in a $2500 order for bus/res when prices were 3k. a techer attempted to fill it but it was a small order so $2500 tech was left on the market. that sold out, price back to 3k immediately, but then some undercutters 2499 tech lands on the market. hmm. was gonna say these guys not paying good enough attn but i think im just paying too much..

The butcher hit that guy once, and the guy bounced 3 retals. The butcher took no further action. Now heavy into the stocking phase the guy must be 100% jet and breaks him two times. Just very lame. 5 attacks over a single grab.

I think Butcher still makes the list but it depends where this goes from here.
