Q 2- I believe all alliances help alliance server. I checked them all off. Its an alliance server ffs. I understand what you were looking for, but I am not bias about alliances, they all have ups, downs, agenda's and w/e.

As you have been advised and probably Private messaged, your best bet is to become a Division of one of the established alliances until you get some experience under your belt.
Demand your own Division and a representative a seat suitable in the alliance. Let them do all the work and you can enjoy the benefit of Tag protection, strats, the boxcar site and all the other goodies that will come your way (p0rn?).

A country is killed much more quickly than the olden days. We also have much more access to the net and mobile devices (although it's real tough to stone on a mobile device).
We have auto text bots, highlights and members text you when you are being attacked during war.
There is twenty four hours in the day and you need to sleep sometime. What if there were an "option" to go into "Retreat" (or sleep) mode?
People like to play a game at their leisure and when at peace, they do. When you are at war with another alliance, you must be available 24/7 or your country WILL die.
"How many hours of sleep are enough for good health?"
A- Adults 7 to 9 hours
I rarely sleep 9 hours, but in a 24 hour period, why not give the option for a 6 hour Retreat mode?
It could be used by players that work away from PC's, unavailable or when they sleep.

Less turns or no turns could be allotted and the player could go to sleep and without interruption of their SEX!
*been killed 98% of the time while sleeping and 1% of the time having sex* That left me 1% of the times I was killed to stonewall. :-(

If it is not going to be closed down and possible (I haven't read these boards so it may have been suggested already).
To keep wars fair.-
The creator of the Team is the only country that would be able to declare "official" War on another Team. No other Team can hit Teams At War in any form or fashion. Just as you cannot get FA from another Team. These teams would be locked in battle for the reset 5 vs 5, or until a CF has been declared.
This would make you pick your Teams more carefully and prevent the crap that is going on in the server now.
Since players on the Team server are to immature to conduct themselves in a civil fashion, have the game force them.

Prevent Cross Retals. -
I don't know how this could be done?
The only thing that comes to mind is some type of police. Players can volunteer to be Police Teams. If there is a "Cross Retal" they bust in like SWAT and kill off the offender. Or admin delete the country.
I have no idea how the game is coded, so I am going to just to start Throwing some fluff at the wall to see if anything sticks.
Someone from Team "A" LG's a country in Team "B".
Team B must retal Team A's grab, so no other Team is able to attack the country in Team "A" for the standard 72 hour period except a country in Team "B".
Team "A's" country performs multiple grabs on multiple Teams, "C" and "D" as well. (*starts getting a headache). The same applies.
So we have a group of people playing in various tags whom want to dominate the server and they have multiple tags "E", "F" and "G", so they all LG a country or countries in Team "H". ...
