1. Members are not allowed to retaliate any attack that is a retaliation for an attack the member originally made.
2. Retals MUST be claimed unless they are self-retals!
3. Retals
1:1 on the first hit (assuming L:L is not needed).
1:1 on the second hit.
3:1 or Death on the third hit. We will choose at our discretion!
***NOTE:We take L:L on top feeds (a top feed is if the attacking country has LESS land than the defending country BEFORE the attack). L:L is complete if 90% or more of the lost land is taken back.
***NOTE:A top feed is defined as 25% more land. So if an 8k country attacks a 10k country, this is the limit for not top feed.
***Note:Any GS's, BR's,AB's or Missiles will be treated the same as an SS or PS.
***Note:Countries grabbed by a MKR country may retal with Missiles. We are allowed to do the same but only and I mean only if You can not possibly Retal, nobody in your team can Retal and you have Kyle's permission!!!
4. All retals made by MKR members MUST be in the form of a PS. SS and or missile retals are permited with authorization.
5. The Declaration of War by a Non-MKR member upon a MKR member is only allowed if it is required by GDI, on either person, in order to make a retaliation that is owed to the MKR member.
6. The Declaration of War by a MKR member upon a Non-MKR member is only allowed if the target in question is in GDI and is up for a retal OR if the target is designated Kill Target Or is untagged completely and the declaration allows the member to use the target for GDI farming.
7. 48 hrs will be aloted for each retal, from the original time of the attack(s). If multiple retals are to be made, they still need to be finished before a 48 hour period from the time of the LAST attack by the offender.
9. Members may not at any time, Unless authorized to, hit another member of MKR or members of alliances listed as any form of NAP, UNAP, LDP, Friend, FDP,or DNH. Doing so will cause MAJOR problems and will have severe consequences.
10. MKR will only provide TAG protection to members that make a maximum of 2 grabbing attacks per country/alliance per 48 hour period. If you make more than 2 attacks in the allotted time frame, you are on your own. Farming untags is part of the game, however, you do so at your own risk.
11. Retals for attacks by pacted alliances must be authorized by the FA department, and will have retals per the pact with the offending alliance.
