For what it's worth, I like the changes. They are very Alliance-centric but I don't think that's a problem.

I *am* confused by the need for a PCI buff though - I didn't see this as necessary at all.

Qz has said (on IRC) that this was to encourage more Cashers, as Farmers were the prevalent strategy on Alliance. However, I believe this was only due to the massive interest in landtrading; farmer trader was the easiest to run (not the best, just the easiest), so everyone went farmer trader and there simply weren't sufficient casher traders to make casher viable.

There were still plenty of all-x farmers and cashers though.

I believe the tech you steal is directly related to the type of tech you have in your country.

So if you had no spy tech on hand, then you wouldn't steal any either. Obviously very easy just to buy 10-20k points and steal the rest.

SPAL and total spies/spying in general seems to be fairly broken.

I failed around 6 ops on a non-dict with 7k acres and 150k spies (21SPAL) despite having 700k spies, 26SPAL and dict bonus.

NOT impressed.

You really, REALLY need to keep that tech up at all costs.

Try to keep it above 160% if possible, but never let it go below 155%. As a dict, you don't have the PCI bonus that Reps get, so you need to make up for that shortfall with tech.

BPT is good, and I'd consider only keeping a maximum of 10% of your land as indies since the income from ent/res is based on the percentage of your land covered with them (again, you need that income to compete with Reps).

Good def and SPAL - nice country.
