In the public market, I notice there is a column header that says 'asking price'. The prices are greyed out and generally less than the 'best price'. What's up with that?

So I started a tournament country yesterday, and now it does not seem to be there. I can't see how I broke any rules, and I could not have bee nkilled since I was still under protection. Any ideas?

Playing a Communist country in Primary and can only see how to make deffensive, intelligence, and research alliances and not offensive or trade pacts. Is this a limitation of my government choise, are these alliances not made in Primary? Is the wiki and help files wrong and refering to former Earth 2025 games - are there no such alliances?
