I usually try to nuke myself before anybody else can beat me to it

i ran an all-x this set and was hit several times for grabs that i didnt retal since they were actually ppl that knew how to grab and move on....though yesterday i logged in and found a nutjob had started a run of failed spyops and landgrabs, with several missiles getting through....he did the same today, and finally replied saying he didnt like my country name, or country #

some people are just crazy/insane/dumb...i didnt mind too much, though i could've done better than i did with my ending nw :P

i typically run a rep/rainbow where i spend all turns teching, sell the tech and buy food, sell that food, and then use that profit to buy tech, which i then turn around and sell so i can buy oil which i stockpile.....it's gotten me my alltime highest nw score of $14,907 in primary server!

The ABing and missiling was dealt with through aid packages by an ICN member fyi....so that reasoning shouldn't exist...

Could somebody provide the info on how your spy strength, or spal, etc, is impacted by a country's intel allies' spies?

Is it based on their number of spies? If so, do the allies' spies get included in when factoring in spy tech and/or the dictator spy bonus?

Ok, not too familiar with the FA process, so I'll remove myself from the convo. Only reason I even posted was bc I saw a country that I thought was still tagged ICN getting killed, and that it didnt look like any of our FA people were around. I'll keep an eye out though at least to make sure that somebody talks to whoever they need to at imag

We've never spoken, but I'm really truly sorry for what you're going through, and also that this great game has lost another player.....hopefully in time, things will settle down for you at home, and also, perhaps you'll return to this game as well.

There's some validity to both of what you say....I've seen some people completely destroy another's country, and often for no reason at all. Sometimes it seems to be done as overkill retall'ing, sometimes bc a player is randomly looking for somebody to maim, and sometimes bc the player just has no clue what they're doing :P

Either way, there are always going to be people that play different styles, and want different things from this game, and each set. That's the beauty of it, that you can play however you like, and it's just a matter of you (if anyone) you align yourself with, and how you decide to play your own individual country.

the biggest hurdle the game probably faces would be that it's text-based imo....i've played on and off for over 10 years, and dont know how much time i'd put in if i had a ps3 with madden :)

the random attacks though are something i remember always being there.....some people are just crazy!
