Here OP try this. It works well enough you will enjoy it and learn the basics.

1. 100cs
2. ~1000 farms(or a total of 1000 farms/ICs) and 60 more CS, while taking care to allow pop to catch up with your acres by building CS
3.explore and build labs until you are 1900 acres and fully built
4. batch explore 60 turns(it will cut you off after about 35-45 turns depending on govt)
5. build up your empty acres with Labs
6. destroy your farms/indies and replace them with labs
7. tech 200 turns of your main tech (ag or bus/res)
8. switch to casher or farmer

That’s a great idea you would have hundreds if not thousands of new players if you really market it right and make it seem like the most interesting game ever. What advertising has this place done? I see a lot of people talk about it dying but haven’t seen anyone mention how new players are recruited. Long ago I had some young cat in my clan from Indonesia and he was really smart with tech and we made him our recruiter and I don’t know what he did but suddenly we had an influx of more players than I could keep up with. It was significant, not sure what the kid did but it may make the difference here as well.

I bet it would bring in a lot of new players. Need it to go viral once and people would play, this game is fun and people would play it if they knew about it. I wonder if there’s some advertising companies that would do it for maybe not too much $$$.

Yea Oldman hasn’t done anything but I do think it’s fair since you are the clan boss that geta held you responsible for your guys behavior as well. Defintely need to keep them under control, he’s hit 3 clans now and everyone knows darkness kills everything that contacts them, maybe you should ask him to behave or kick him from your clan if he won’t stop hitting different clans. He hit Nitell 7 times straight and we were netting with no war set up at all. Very rude of him imo.

Yes maybe 60 is pushing it, I just thought if guys have hit 50 mil on 2k turns then maybe a higher score can be done on express, it seems easier imo because you can run your tech up so much easier early. The landgrabs would be the issue but in a perfect set, mr titanium hit 27 mil last set and he said that was his first game in 10+ years, he came back for a reunion so if 27 mil is him playing rusty then maybe someone like

I agree with rotating sets every other one that seems fair since everyone is split. Also there were three rep cashers that made top ten last set without the bots and one of those cashers was also the country with the highest war stats so by no means the limit of a no bot casher. I’m sure I can do 30 mil and tmac hit 50 mil on 2k turns in tourney, seems even easier here I bet 60 can be broken by a good player, imo casher is viable even if some other strat is better.

The addition of bots made strategies not called INDY or Techer capable of competing.

There wasn't war last reset. There was big indy's farming ppl that had stopped playing, and suicider's upset over being grabbed once or twice. I grabbed 7k acres plus buildings. And i only beat the all x farmers because they bloated on too much tech, Their cashflow was higher. This just feels like a fast version of tourney. a few grabs, a few retals, a lot of exploring. g=)

That was a lot of fun too, the Wild West days with multis everywhere and market swings. Very fun times, we need a wild west server like that where it’s like primary but anything goes. This server would be fun to do that on.

I like it with the bots and without the bots. The market is a problem so people are going to have to tweak their strategies to compensate. I bet a casher can finish top ten this set.

That’s most likely your problem, should contact the mods and give them a heads up if you are going to be sharing IP’s just to be safe if you don’t want a purple country. Sucks, but in the old days of earth there were really big problems with people cheating by running multiple countries so this precaution was implemented to prevent that kind of behavior.

Aside from that the really well played countries topped out at something like 75-85m NW maybe with some slight variation unless they had FA, tech leech or landfarm(s).

To add to this, if you look a few sets back I was running a theo casher and seeing if I could gain an advantage by pushing tech prices as high as possible.

I didn’t finish very well but that round getafix ran a theo (techer I think) and got 80+ mil which I’m assuming my antics didn’t hurt.

Are there any other old archives? I was wanting to take a look at old clans but haven’t seen any. It would be a shame for them to be lost to time so quickly. This place needs a hall of fame for the best countries/players in different categories. Maybe take a vote among the players to see who is the most (category) like warmongers, netters, etc. it’s a shame that was never done in the old days either, I’m sure some players would enjoy being able to look through the games history and know who ran countries like evil war machine for instance. The great ones.
