you know what's weird, last reset in alliance server i went 46/46 bombing jets on a dict who had about same spal as me, and yet sometimes in prim I repeatedly fail regular spy ops on guys with far less SPAL than me.. so go figure.
Others might say a week or others might decide based on the situation. I don't really think 72 is the server-wide most common policy, it's more like the strictest policy anyone has.
If I recall, Theannonymousone declared having a 1 second retal rule, I'd say that's the strictest policy.
With the high military prices, do you think a theo techer will finish better than a tyranny or demo techer? Also the fact that a theo can rebuild to TMBR later or even w/o doing that they have cheaper military prices to destock on.
Man cashers have it super rough this set huh.. high tech prices = less food produced so once techers start stocking food prices will jump fast which will help farmers, but hurt cashers even more. Glad I'm a techer =D
So here's a question, if ally commies/techers play right, does high industrial tech result in higher military prices due to commies not being able to buy as much tech so lower military produced/supplied or are tech prices high for industrial because commies are selling military at higher prices and have more money to buy tech/drive up prices due to more demand?

It's an ajax call and EE didn't code it to add a unique identifier (like timestamp) parameter so that each call is considered different as opposed to using the initial cached request.
If you can't send even after buying enough oil, change what you're sending by 1.. so instead of sending 1,000,000 send 1,000,001 and the ajax call will be different and it should work then.
12k-18k per steal beats cashing if you are a farmer or indy...probably a casher too. Not a bad tactic if you don't mind making enemies. Any chance a Dictator farmer with a SPAL over 30 could do that so well that nobody would know who is doing it?
not that I am implying that I would ever legitimize that strategy.
It's easy to figure out who is doing it, I think it was mentioned earlier on the boards, if you're on GDI just try to send a missile at everyone in range (this is easier later in the reset if you're big and the ppl in range isn't too many) or look at the amt of tech you lose and the time and match it up to NW gain on eestats. Start with dict's first.

There are two advantages to this, one is you save turns spying an extra guy, the other is you lower the overall D (allies D + his allies D power) of the bunch on each hit.
You know what's heartless? Conquering other ppl's lands, TWICE in a row. Think of all those families and all the ghosts that arise because of it! I mean they just want to live peacefully in my country, but noooo they're forced into submission!
