New rule: GDI protects you from special attacks from one country if you did't make more than one grab on this country.

Is it 1 attack for all reset, or is there a time delay so after that time we can do another grab ?

That is not good. all set long. That means there will be less and less country we can attack as more people attack us..

You can hit every single country in the server without fear of any kind of "special" retal. This means you can safely run the whole set without a buying a single troop, a single tank, and without spending even $1 on SDI.

Just don't hit anyone more than once.

Diplomacy is the art of saying "Nice doggie" until you can find a rock.

I would think it definitely does. Express networths have gone way up since GDI has been introduced. In fact, I think we will see a new NW record in Primary this set as well. Its down to GDI
