Who knows. I saw one with icn also. I dont see anything to do with an oopsee regarding the one country other than you guys constantly topfeeding him and him retalling :P but perhaps they just decided you should FA the guy who wants to win the set? :P

And then it seems odd since I have noticed at least one evo guy is getting FA also from within his own clan.
