I think a number works better at start, but later on a something like no more than 5% of land might be better? 200 Indies is gonna leave you very vulnerable imho.
I was going to tech start too, wouldn't make my casher any less of a casher later on, but if everyone is saying no then I'll go with pure ent/res startup.
