so............instead of farming & dropping the land he gs'ed- (you can only drop so much now - I noticed during war with LoC)

if any of the two want the land back, they have to wait for him to play turns and hope CC doesn't kill him first.

I find it hard to believe they think they are gonna be able to keep those countries healthy......new suicider tactic?
