What is toilet paper?

Recently there was a pool all over the world. The topic was:
"Please tell us what is your opinion about the lack of food in the rest of the world". The pool was a total mess:

- in Africa they didn`t know what "food" means
- in West Europe they didn`t know what "lack" means
- in Est Europe they didn`t know what "opinion" is
- in South America they didn`t know what "please" means
- in S. U. A. they didn`t know what "rest of the world" is.
