At least it beats the current situation where your ally doubles your offence even if you have 500k jets and you send 50k jets.
What worse still is if you're a dict with 130% weapons. Sending 50k jets (50*1.25*1.3)= 81.25k offence power, which your ally would send 81.25k Jets. And it ends up you losing 4k jets and your ally losing 6.5k jets.
