What I also find odd is that you failed a bunch of standard spy ops on us before ANY of this happened. That tells me you want to war us. Your bingo thread, and then a bunch of failed ops? Sure, you could be scouting who would be easier, but it doesn't change anything. All of your actions this set seem to have been the bait us into fighting you.
