So to you it is the level the spy is that matters?
I realize you don't net but Hanlong could very easily have gotten his networth in a completely legit way after farming the land he had and doing some LEGAL market manipulation which any good netter does some of. There were multiple people watching his country at multiple points and none of them saw specific evidence of anything. If you watched FFA you would see what that kind of huge land base can do for a country.
Oh and networth records have been continually broken set after set. Evo has been increasing their ANW significantly since the early days of EE. Are they cheating too Alin? Seriously man.
