If you continue to farm my untagged country, I will make you regret it. If you want to take this as information, ie: intelligence, and move my country to DNH, then we will have no more problems. If you would like to preemptively kill me thinking that destroying my barely run country benefits you, then you can do that too. Unfortunately, the latter choice lacks consideration for the game dynamics, basically that players are allowed to restart.
