Yes, a Private Market that is completely predictable and the same for all players in Evo and LaF. With market replenishment (and thus NW gained in a day) proportional to land (at which LaF has a tiny tiny margin) and more NW/$ for Theo than Demo (of which Evo has more, although this can be pretty much negelcted with enough tech).
Whatever bonus Evo wants to get over LaF at this point seems (to me) unlikely to come from private but yet has to come from Public market/reselling/people who haven't jumped yet(?).
But surely you knew all of that.

tl/dr: if both alliances played it smart, everybody has one 24h of market replenishment left, so little difference can be made there.
