I apoligze I'm late.
My dearest FR Commander beat me to the first dec. I'll do this one.
SOL has a long history with LCN which has basically taught us how to deal with the low life thugs, gangsters and mobster bosses of the LCN crew. You can negotiate and make agreements but in the end if it does not favor the mob family it will not happen. Over our many years of history we've learned this the through error and fault.
This we realized the best gangsters to negotiate with are the ones that you've smacked around severely. Smash some teeth break some ribs and the mobster is much more willing to negotiate. And come to acceptable terms.
You've been in our news way to much LCN and retaliating by policies we do not accept or abide by and instead of negotiating we have decided to treat the mobsters in their own mobster code. Act first talk later.
