Yeah I think CD to 3% was advocated for for a while, and even some wardogs (myself) were for it, but bomb structures has always been the CS killer. I dont think anyone in the community has ever liked the CS pull it gets lol. I've been whacked by it a few times and it always dazzles me how much damage it does lol.

Kinda like ClanGDI. It's a decent idea but you can't just do half of it haha. Kinda gotta build in politics and pacts and war and stuff. It sounds like work haha
