Just curious, were they the restarts that were stockpiling missiles when there is still kills being exchanged everyday by two clans that never made a CF? You seem like a pretty reasonable guy, what would you do?

As for war, I've left all tags that are @ war with you. You will notice soon enough what I mean with this. Especially since the countries you killed have not ever been part of either of those tags or participated in kill runs on you. So for that sake you killed countries that in no way were a threat. :)

Restarts stockpiling missiles though. What can we think? I appreciate that you left tags at war... but why didn't you talk to Prime if you wanted to test things with missiles on restarts so he can tell us not to use you as a missile dump?

You realize you killed countries with hardly any missiles. There were 1 - 2 that got surprising maybe even VERY surprising results with lower warfare. But still. Next to that a few of these restarts had missiles left from their original countries.

I only looked at two, basically the only tech they had was warfare... but like I said, maybe I'm looking at the wrong countries since I didn't kill anyone I didn't look too far back in the news. Still, we've been killing the restarts that are growing for weeks for obvious reasons. Only one we've been told not to touch is vern cause he made his intentions clear.

Reasons:
- We are at war and untags have been hitting both sides since June
- The countries killed were restarts, which means someone somewhere decided they should die at some point previously
- Tyrannies and monarchies teching warfare
- Warfare was 2-4% and all countries had missiles on hand; In fact, warfare was the biggest tech item on each of them
- We had chems to use

Conclusion:
- This could have been easily avoided by you by taking a couple of different approaches to your alleged "formula testing". IE: vern has played in his own tag untouched by us since June 30th by simply messaging me.
- Personally, there are several people I would feel a lot worse about in this situation if legitimately mistakenly killed if their actions were truly legitimate. In short, I don't really care for you.
