First off, I wouldn't know anything about the military ratio of those countries because I have no info on them. Secondly, lets take your word that those countries were created immediately after I died, so your saying that its not easy for LOC to create them after I died. Seems like it would serve as the perfect cover up if LOC were trying to send CC a message.

It would be hard for LoC to create them with 100k networth in protection without killing some of their countries off, yes.
