BETA: To give you some general advice, being a clan server, you should either try to join one of the clans on the server and learn from your fellow clan members how to better play the game.

OR

Create your own clan and put all of your countries into the clan, and then ask LOTS of questions around here and read the Wiki a lot.

I think the first option is much easier and more recommended, but either way, there are a lot of written and unwritten rules in this game due to the politics that have evolved, and once you understand those, you'll be in much better shape to succeed.
