also default sdi can stop many missiles and max sdi can stop all missiles or let many thru.

I think 100 is a good base spal. For war countries you would want a considerable increase.

100 SPAL is about like having 2% production in warfare tech.

100 spal is pointless a 10 spal country can perform same.
