Clearly you can't do anything you want with it as galleri displayed. You can't run it as a landfarm for other people, you can't do coordinated killruns, lots of stuff. You have to follow the rules with it

When I give it up for farmland, I am not running it. I am leaving it be and forgetting it. Yes I can do what I want.
