Wind power will take up a large amount of acreage space, cannot be stored, and will only produce energy around 30% of the time. Wind turbines will have a large initial cost to produce the buildings and cost a certain % of government income every turn to subsidize. Then we can have oiler bots without progressives like Derrick getting mad.

Realistically, nuclear meltdowns would kill barely anyone and they would be extremely rare. Maybe once every few sets and would kill 1-3 people.

Considering that you can fit 60+ million units on an acre, it is well within realistic per earth empires logic :-)
