I don't run techers, like in twenty years maybe thrice never to any success, but is this something that would help techers? How? Im not telling i am curious

It would help leeching mostly. I assume techers will have plenty of points in all the income techs that they should be teching.

It would also help to find that fcker who is teching the wrong techs and cramping your style so you can give him a strong talk.

Honestly, while I dont see any reason why this should not be included in the information you get I wouldnt place much value on it. Do it if its easy and fast.

Else fix these things:

Land dropping is too strong
CDs are too strong
War is only about CDs+GS
Nukes are useless in war + strong for suiciding
Stuff dies too fast no matter how much effort was put into it
Walling is too powerful
Chems are overpowered in the FS then mostly useless all war.

also:
Damage of suiciders cant be mitigated without messing up war and/or other functions like grabbing as we have seen with the two recent changesets - so take it out of the equation altogether like in primary and express so we can make war and grabbing great again and have all servers on the same changeset.
