I dont know how many times ive done it but everytime i play a turn or two over 99 i think a quick pop up message or something saying you sure you want to come oop at this time..

Or something along those lines..

I think it is easier to add a status message below the blue status bar at the top, that says "You will exit protection in X turns".

maybe different msg to alliance-servers and others, like in alliance it says if player is untagged that you aren't tagged and are leaving protection and in primary it would say you are leaving protection.

and a message to solo servers (e.g primary/express) saying that, are you sure you want to make an attack, you will not be able to join GDI after this attack

or for netgaining, a message asking if you're sure you want to run this turn, it would more efficient to do this or that

'are you sure you want to make a 2nd hit on this country, you will lose gdi protection if you continue'
'are you sure you want to sell your goods to the server(if you're selling way below price'
'are you sure you want to declare on this country, humanitarians will stop you from attacking this country unless they grow bigger'
'are you sure you want to declare war with country, you will incur 10 x land as war expenses and you will not be able to declare peace for at least 48 hours'



This game will be flawless

a GDI-warning before first attack is good, im not sure you want all those user error ones though. actually you should be blocked from declaring war on someone outside humanitarian range

make an option where people can pay to have a bot to run their country for them. though, if they are too stupid to be able to run the country by themselves, I'm not sure where they'll get the money to pay for the bot to do it for them.
