Currently after a set ends it is underwhelming. You create a new country and see a standard message about the next set starting etc etc. This would be a good opportunity to highlight the previous set and showcase the top players instead. Currently you work all set to achieve a great finish and then that's it. You either go to a 3rd party site or the game profile which is not ideal.
