E'rybody says no to oil tech, but how about a stand alone permanent oil bonus like one might increase private units you increase the units per 40 barrels of oil ysed for military, so instead if lets say 10 tanks per 40 barrels i can make it up to 13, 14, maybe 15 tops i dont know about the math to make it all work i was just kinda brainstorming..

or could make it -.25 barrels needed so 4 bonus used would only need 39, 8 only need 38 etc.

still not a bonus I would use though, nothing like committing bonus points to this then have the oil market just crash and make it worthless.
