1. Conduct a spy op on a player.
2. Goto saved spy ops and look at their revenue.
3. Change your tax rate to 0%.
4. Goto saved spy ops and look at their revenue.

It updates by changing your own tax rate.

The only player I know for a fact that had 0% tax rate is Jayr, you're asking us to Jayr it in order to find a bug? Never go full Jayr!

yes, before change op says tax revenue is xxxxxxx bucks and after change its 0 bucks even spied country's tax% doesn't change.
