When you restart and have goods on the market... if your bushel stock returns you can not put them back on the market during those 15 turns. So if you restart with 87m food for example, mass corruption will occur.

Kinda sucks. I think a 15 turn restart should have access to place goods on the market. They aren't starting from scratch and may have no money on hand to do much of anything.

Or the goods should be taken off the market route, and put in the back of the line when the restart creates there country so that it has the 48 hours to use 15 turns.

I believe you can recall goods while in 15 turn protection...which shouldnt happen in current state if you shouldnt be able to use the market at all.

thats still less than 1.5% loss

which is less than the gain from having stuff on market rather than on hand
