Last I checked which was ages ago, all the market channels were not reporting as well. When they do report, they're often several hours behind, but I think they stopped working altogether like a year ago.

QZ's clone of the server is still operational and the news channels still work. irc.earthempires.com has just been down roundabout 6 months to a year and all NickServ, Channel services, channel ownership, market channels etc is all broken and has been for a very very long time.

Most war clans have migrated to Scourge's server as the main one is unusable without channel services.
