This is weird.

This error isn't on every profile. Several, not all.

I did a quick scan and came to the conclusion that it is affecting players who have their country information hidden. I think it is same as the wonky unlinked accounts on the leaderboards. I think their best finish is technically private. (Quickly insets several paragraphs of why I think that's totally bizarre and mindless)

That's open profile with hidden country information to be clear. A specific subset we have created for random unnecessary hidden information.
