when you sell goods on the market with ffa control panel

if you select multiple countries to sell and one or some have 1-9 units for tech, and presumably below minimum volumes like 20k for other goods

instead of 0 or >the amount being fine, inside the minimum amount causes the whole sell for that country to fail, and maybe could either be more obvious or not fail

so because i had 6 warfare tech available for sale cancelled a whole sale, which when uses the sell max tickbox seems like a case when the sale should just go through without that individual tech

You know i was wondering why some of my countries would not sell goods. good catch.
