On EXPRESS...

During final hours you allow players to use SS/PS/AB/BR but not spy ops. They seem to be on separate timers.

Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

not bug, humanitarians start tightening on last 30 turns.

It is a bug.

It allowed me to attack with SS/PS/AB but it said protected when I did spy ops.

Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.
