I have a clan member coming back from a long time gone. But he says he cannot log in to the game at all, including being able to log in here. He asked me to report and see if there is some solution.

Why doesnt he just use a new name?

Could be as simple as cookies, or could be a ban handed out by the admins/mods.

or could just be that he has no account here/someone already owns it.
