Expected: Message indicating that I don't have enough turns to attack (pretty sure this is standard behavior for other actions)

Actual: Gets to the confirmation screen, able to confirm, then the War Room page reloads with nothing having happened.

Also, the blue bar with :" Home | Rules | Privacy Policy | About us " ends up at the top of the page (without being in a nice straight line).

I wasn't paying attention to how many turns I had when I tried to launch a missile, I then confirmed this behavior with other attacks.

Correct on the readiness thing Havoc mentioned. It doesn't say why you can't attack.
