wargaining (#253) is using a tag like LaF's (LaFzWIN rather than our REAL LaFizWIN) so he is not at all affiliated with us.

he's just trying to cause problems for us, it seems, so please note that if this country hits you or you hit it, it is not in any way related to LaF. Please treat it as if it was untagged.
