The fact that you target a country that you say don't participate in warring you makes that country have an impact in the war. Your 2k hits = 4800 Turns and probably oil/jets/troops for $15-20B that you spent killing him makes him one of the most if not the most impactful countries in this war, if you just left him you would have taken another 50 CDs and maybe 1-2 more successful missiles.

After he walled at the start of the war, and we figured out that was his country, there was a reason we left him to the very end. There was even a discussion if we should bother hitting him knowing he wouldn't bother hitting us. In the end we decided we wanted to kill him so the expense of turns didn't really matter to us because we knew the war was already won.

Besides everything Gerdler said, you don't tell Celphi or us how we play the game. That is up to us to play the game. If we are not breaking rules too bad for you! We don't value your "opinion" -- yes it's just an opinion.
