using a closed circuit on your USBs might work.
owh! while you're at it, try to unplug those wires that are "supposedly" powering your main board while the comp is working.
if that doesn't work, use a hammer hitting 10 times gently the cables powering your hard drives. that should do it. use this on all of your computers (i doubt you have more than one seeing the question)
the final step is put your hand on the back of your head, grip tightly and throw yourself out the window. that grants you the access on any proxy.
