Pacts are nothing but cooperative agreements to allow peaceful netting and avoid war. There is now a COOP server for that.
There should be no pacts on the ALLIANCE server. This would make a country's build consider all possibilities and bring the individual clans closer by looking out for each other. You dam lib-tards need to stay the hell off my lawn.
