I have no idea how I did it, I was just kind on autopilot (I try and spend as little time as possible grabbing!) but the absolute millisecond I did it I realised what I had done.

Im sure thats not the only thing I'm doing wrong, for some reason I haven't been able to get rolling. Dunno what I did differently last set :/
