You probably shouldn't be grabbing a tag at war.

Does LaF have tag protection at the moment? No. So go for it. LCN is protecting that tag right now. Or go for it next reset when I'm sure they will be able to protect their own tag quite well.

Policing isn't about tag protection, it is about the respect clans should receive while at war.

Policing is about tag protection and the justification is the respect clans should receive while at war. If you have a tag you're a clan. I could see the argument that you might need two countries to be a clan. Five is definitely a clan. With all these wars it is hard to find grabbing targets.

There are small tags out there that should probably consider merging. But respect is usually granted during war time regardless of size.

I believe that all of these so-called 'wars' are just a carefully crafted plot by LCN to expand their global domination of the policing industry.

There has been some talk that Zen and Imperial laid down the foundation for all these wars. If LCNostra Policing Inc benefits from that so be it.

I think it depends on the context.

We have seen cases in the past where tags that weren't able to defend/retal intentionally got involved in a war (usually one already in progress) solely for the purpose of obtaining warDNH protection from LGs. In those cases I'd be inclined not to accept the war DNH (especially when the tag in question isn't really putting out war hits, which we've seen in the past under this context as well).

But in a genuine war situation then I don't see the problem...

LCN's policing services are a monopoly. ill see you guys in court.
